ABOUT LIBERTY PAINTING

Steve and Erik, friends since 7th grade (1982!) at Evergreen Middle School, started Liberty Painting in the summer of 1996. They have grown from a truck, some paint brushes and a few rollers to a multi crew, technical, and professional team. With over 17 years of experience in the painting business, they are truly experts in their field, providing guidance on paint and stain products, as well as consultations on color and product.

They enjoy their profession as way to take something that is lackluster and make it shine. Both outdoorsmen, they appreciate working outdoors in the summer. The diversity of clients and locations also makes their job extremely rewarding. Their crew of 9 men are experienced painters and painter’s helpers and are clean, considerate and efficient, making job completion time fast, so you can have your house back!

As a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor’s in Business, Steve was hired to paint a house in his teens and realized he had a keen eye for detail. An avid golfer, a snowboarder and backpacker, Steve enjoys the fresh mountain air of the Colorado foothills, where he lives with his wife, two children and golden retriever, Chico.

Erik, one of 8 children who grew up in Evergreen, started painting as a way to enjoy the out of doors during the summer. A 4 handicap golfer, Erik loves to beat Steve on the golf course, work on his home, snowboard, hike and see live music. He has a dog, Cody, a 5 year old blue Weimeraner who came from Mile High Weimeraner Rescue. Cody likes to hike with Erik and his wife, Lynne.
